Why am I lazy???

My brother and dad are the hardest workers I know. My brother works 14hrs a day, and my dad works every single day for his own company

They're never tired, yet I'm always angry working 8hrs. Working makes me depressed and sad

Yes I need the money, but I'm constantly looking at the clock at work. Mondays make me depressed

How do I become a better worker????
