Good hiking training spots near Burnaby?

I've been walking up Burnaby mountain for a while because it's just close by, but I've kind of outgrown that one.

Wondering if anybody knows some good spots. I was thinking of just walking up staircase of the big tower at new Brentwood mall a bunch.
