Latest step 2 date for ECFMG certification by 9/24 deadline

Hey all, what's the absolute latest I should take my step 2 to make sure I get ECFMG certification by the 9/24, if pathway is approved and ECFMG has also verified my medical diploma. I wonder if 9/1 is safe.
