Hi! I’m trying to improve my cat skills by using special observatory tickets. I was wondering what the best strategy is for doing this.

Ex. Which star skill i should stop at (and then use star macarons)? And, what should i do if i get a sub-skill but a one star skill? Should I reroll both skill + sub-skill or just reroll skill? Thanks!!
