Propranolol and digestive issues?

I started taking 60mg of extended release propranolol about 2 months ago, and after about 2 weeks the number of migraines I get dropped dramatically - from 3-4/week to 1 every week or so. Miraculous!

But about a month after I started taking it, I started getting bad diarrhea. I can stop it eventually with OTC meds, but it always comes back, and it’s disruptive to my life. I have a cranky tummy anyway (nothing diagnosed), but the pattern/symptoms are always the same, and different from my usual tummy crankiness.

Has anyone else had similar issues with propranolol? If so, what did you do? The timeline is suspicious, but not so suspicious that I’m certain it’s the propranolol.
