Why are more Conservative Republican states support law enforcement more then liberal Democrat states?

I see a lot of fuck the police riots and protest and cutting police budget and cutting qualifyed immediately in mostly blue States like California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, New Mexico versus you don't really see that much in deep South States or in Texas or Wyoming or Indiana or Florida, Montana.
