Headaches?

Hi everyone. I have been using a CPAP machine for 5 years now and I’m really starting to notice that I’ve been getting headaches more frequently after a solid 8-9 hour sleep… My mask is tight enough but I can’t really loosen it anymore because it’ll leak air… I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and has any solutions or suggestions?
