Is it wrong that I feel guilty for sexting someone while seeing a guy who won’t commit?
So it’s kinda messy. I (20F) have been seeing this guy (23M) for a while now. He’s nice, but he always keeps me at a distance. He treats me almost like I’m his girlfriend, but he doesn’t want to actually commit. He calls me his best friend, and is not that serious about me, and i did have "what are we" conversation with him and he made it clear that he doesn't want to commit but he really likes me and want to keep seeing me, and i went with it since i really like him i didn't want to lose him
But recently, I got really frustrated because he hadn’t texted me and whenever i ask him about seeing eachother he would say he's busy, And i texted a friend (20M) I used to know back in school (we recently started talking again on IG), We started talking, and he kind of started flirting I ended up giving in, and we sexted.
Afterwards, I felt guilty. I was pissed at the guy I was kinda seeing for not prioritizing me, but it still felt wrong. Since then, my friend has been texting me flirty stuff and asking if we could have sex, telling me that it'd be an experience since we are both virgins.
I think he’s cool and I’d like to keep the friendship, but I don’t actually want to have sex with him. It just doesn’t feel right, it feels like cheating, and i want my first time to be special and with someone who genuinely loves me and not just for the sake of having sex.
Last night, my friend asked me to come over, and I said no. I told him I didn’t want to flirt or have sex. He got upset after I said that, and now I feel like I might’ve lost a friend.
I don’t know what to do.
