C&P exams on a loop
Hello,
I am looking for some thoughts on what the VA is looking for with these exams.
I am in the process of trying to get an increase for an already 0% service connected issue.
I have had 2 c&p exams already (at the same office, which is a VA contracted one and not at the VA hospital) and a 3rd has been requested. The first time it was said to be a DBQ muscle injuries exam. The doctor just asked me some basic questions and measured my scars, checked mobility etc.. Nothing in depth. I was in and out pretty quickly.
Fast forward a month and I get a request for a 2nd exam. Same office as the first, I get a different doctor and she straight up tells me she doesn't know why im here again. We went over everything again, nothing crazy. This one said DBQ Knee and lower leg.
Now 2 weeks after they have requested a 3rd exam at the same clinic for......DBQ muscle injuries exam again. (I dont know which doctor yet) It feels like im about to get the shaft/ they are trying to get any reason they can to deny the claim. (Maybe not the case but it feels that way)
Has anyone had a similar experience and if so what is the general conesus. (What are they looking for from these docs cause they dont seem to know 😂)
