Best product to put between wheel, brake rotor, wheel bearing, and knuckle to keep from rust welding together?

I think the title says it all. I love up in Saskatchewan so winters and road salt can be hard on vehicles. Best product to put on a brake rotor/wheel bearing/knuckle to keep them from rust welding together?

Also bonus points for recommendations for dissimilar metals. Ford had the brilliance to use an aluminum alloy knuckle, a steel wheel bearing, steel rotor, and aluminum alloy rims on a 2017 Ford Explorer...and I've had the fortunate luck to need to replace 3 different bearings in the past year and a half.
