Glucoracy meter kit

Tips/Tricks

After 8/9 months of being on Zepbound (3rd month of 10mg), I have a suspicion that my sugar level may be low at times, particularly on days when my calories are lower than normal. My symptoms are not debilitating but enough to give me pause. I’ve noticed that my anxiety levels can get really elevated on days when I’m not eating as much. This does not happen often, but I’ve noticed it this week. This is also my first summer on Zepbound so maybe the heat has something to do with my lack of interest in food as well. Anyway, does anyone use the old style glucose meter, the ones where you prick your finger? I don’t have diabetes, but I was flirting with prediabetes before starting Zepbound. I just ordered a Glucocray blood glucose kit on Amazon and was wondering how anyone on here, without diabetes, uses it and how they use that data to help them.
