I’m jealous of women with “perfect” bodies, too lazy to workout, and too upset to let it go. I need some advice on how to motivate myself after years of never committing or even really trying

I’m 18 and I feel like I’m wasting my youth with a “subpar” body. I’m not overweight, I’m not flat in the chest or bum, but I’m just not good enough. My waist isn’t small enough, my butt isn’t big enough.

However, I am lazy and I’m unmotivated and frankly depressed. I don’t like pain, I’ve never been good with structure or consistency, and I’m terrible at waiting, especially when I don’t know what the result will be. I cannot find the motivation to work out. I’ve been like this for years, miserable over the way I look, resistant to working out to change it because it will take so long and so much effort. I accept my body for a while, and then the cycle repeats.

I don’t know what advice I’m looking for, but I was just curious if anyone felt similar and found a way out or had any advice.
