Feeling hopeless

IMG here (2023 grad). I’ve been trying for 15+ days straight to get an earlier visa appointment but nothing. My scheduled date is in September, but I have:

Step 3 scheduled for July 18

Rotations starting in July and September

No LORs yet, so these are critical for my match

Emergency request was denied, and reschedule chance is gone.

I’m watching all tools, joined telegrams, refreshing like crazy but nothing opens. Feeling extremely low and anxious. If I miss Step 3 + rotations, I’m afraid I’ll lose this match season.

Anyone in the same boat? Any suggestions? Is there any hope left? What can I realistically do now?
