Stories where the female MC is stronger than or at least as a strong as the ML

I've had a bit of a taste for more action based stories lately, but I always get annoyed for when the main ends up needing to be saved by the male lead. I generally enjoy stories like Beware the Villainess or Perks of Being an S-Class Heroine where the main character can more than hold her own and often saves the male lead. If anyone has any good suggestions for stories like this, I would love to hear them.

Also, if at all possible, I prefer more light hearted stories to angsty ones.
