Part time experience documents

Hi Everyone, I'm applying for 186 soon. I worked for 4 different employers and I had worked many odd hours. One week it would be 38 hours + 8 hours overtime while the other week would be 15 hours total. I have on reference letter that I was a part time employee. All this as I was Desperate for the first job and real life experience.

How will home affairs count these towards my experience? I worked for them for about 11 months like this over two financial years. Do i have to submit all 11 months of payslips? my pay jumped up and down weekly.
