Steam Big Picture Intro Lagging Badly

So I got a Acer Nitro V15 Gaming Laptop with a 4050 in it. Every time I open Steam's Big Picture mode since I usually use it on the TV at home, the intro lags a lot. On a regular monitor or the laptop's inbuilt screen also lags it. Is there any way to fix this issue?

I've tried setting the steamwebhelper.exe to run on the GPU but it still lags. Please do let me know if there is a solution to this. Thanks.
