Help

I live in Melbourne, 45 yr old man. I had this chest pain and hospitalized ssuspecting a heart attack, but all my reports came clear!.

Doctors asked me to get an endoscopy and waiting for my turn.

My question is I dont get heart burns, but I get this liteheaded feeling and stiff throat, I feel like its hard to swallow and when talk for some time I feel tired and dizzy.

Did you guys get these kind of symptoms ? Please shed some light as I am freaked out 😰😰
