How should I layer my tretinoin with milk toner or should I layer it at all?

I have very dry, acne prone skin with alot of acne scars and blackheads

My current routine is Am: Wash face with regular water Paula's choice salicylic acid (leave on for 20 mins) Tirtir milk toner Soong jung moisturizer

Pm: cosrx gentle goodmorning cleanser Tretinoin Moisturizer

My question is, if I use the tirtir milk toner at all with tretinoin (or salicylic acid) will it affect it negatively in anyway or weaken the strength of tretinoin?
