Al Pastor Tacos

Hello, I'm trying to recreate these tacos at home since moving. I've tried a recipe for al pastor that I found online and it wasn't anything similar. The tacos from the taco truck didn't have much chili flavor and did not have the same red color as mine did. Does anyone have a recipe that turned out similar to these tacos
