Couple issues I'm having... sometimes white VGA light and PC doesn't start properly, and getting access violation crashes

Built this PC a while ago, and have always gotten this startup bug where I get a white VGA light, a normal A0 code, but nothing shows on the monitor. Most of the time I just hit the reset button and it boots normally, other times it takes 2-3 times and I will get a "Windows didn't load correctly" screen. Most times the PC boots totally fine and normal.

Also, while most games work fine, no crashes, playing Unreal Engine 5 based games give me constant crashes with Access Violation errors, or GPU crash dump errors (both UE5 engine crashes). If I have a webpage open behind the game, the webpage also gets access violation errors.

Any suggestions?
