Not receiving Nostalgia Chance Deals :(

So it's been happening everyday with me - I get a prompt saying I have received a nostalgia chance deal but when I go to inbox to collect that, it isn't there. Plus I see nothing in my contract section. Is this an issue being faced by everyone?
