Looking for some drama and angst (F playing M for F)

Hi Hi! Please be 21+ as I am in my mid-20s and not comfortable rping with minors. Also it isn’t letting me tag this post but I guess this could include NSFW (mostly darker themes).

I’m F irl but mostly play male characters with other F in MxF pairings. But I’m also down for platonic because those stories can be amazing as well.

A little about me! I consider myself advanced, novella, pultiparagraph, and all those things. I’m not picky though so just give me enough to work with! My rule of thumb is when you can sit back and go “yep that’s enough”. I only use third person and past tense.

Story wise, I’m looking for something character driven. I want to hit out characters with all the stages of grief at once.

We can go deeper into characters and plotting but the basics, I’m looking for something about two people who went their separate ways. They can have just drifted apart or things could have ended badly. Ambition got the best of both of them and there never was room for compromise. It was a whole opposites attract “we’re from different worlds” borderline enemies to friends back to enemies. They can either naturally reconnect or it can be at the lowest of lows. You know, those moments when you are so low that you get extremely existential? The characters are rethinking every choice they made and over analyzing every fork in the road? The whole “what could have been” game that’s not at all healthy to play? Full on toxic relationships? People using one another just to have the “oh no” moment when it stops being an act? The possibilities are endless!

Of course I’m seeing this falling into some darker themes, but triggers always come first! I’m more than happy to discuss what we want and what we don’t want.

I really love plotting, character creation, and all the things related to it. My favorite part of rping is watching our characters grow and the story along side it.

below are a few characters I had in mind. They’re by no means all I’m after! We can use them, or use them to get the ball rolling!

• (realistic/modern) Disgraced former rockstar now at rock bottom

• (realistic/modern) The former almost pro athlete who is learning to make an identity for himself after an injury

• (realistic/modern/horror) former detective x victim. Two people who had their lives ruined by a serial killer only years down the line become the target again. Can be survival or character driven. I’m also happy to elaborate some more on this one!

• (historical) The “business man” who isn’t afraid to stab whoever he has to in the back to get what he wants, but goes a little too close to the sun

• (historical) the detective who made a career of flying too close to the sun and is paying dearly for it

• (sci fi) Research scientist who does have a heart of gold and pure intentions but is selling his soul to the wrong company for a chance at researching what he wants

•(sci fi) Cyberpunk former corporate agent who is now in the middle of a conspiracy and every eye and gun is pointed at him
