will my extenuating circumstance lower my credibility/chances at a top school?

my ecs are lowk mid too lol Demographics: Gender: female Grade: rising senior Race/ethnicity: white/Asian Residence: WA School: competitive public (class of around 500)

Intended major: Something mathematics related, I want to do statistics but that might not be offered at some colleges

Testing: (only took each test once bc i gave up lol) SAT: 1540 (750R 790M) ACT: 35 (34E 34M 35S 36R) PSAT: 1480 (NMSQT 224)

Academics: UW GPA: 3.98 (1 A-) W GPA: No weighted for WA state Rank: N/A

Coursework: -Basically all honors classes that were available -7 IBs by senior year (school only has IB) -Self-studied and got a 5 on AP Stats freshman year NOTE: I was previously a candidate for IB Diploma, but I was diagnosed with a severe eating disorder and took off 4 classes second semester of junior year

Extracurriculars: -DECA (2 yrs) -owner of successful crochet business/social media w 20k+ followers -volunteering at my church -tutoring through NHS -swim/dive (2 yrs JV, 1 yr varsity) -hosted a few local knitting/crochet events and donation drives -involved in some eating disorder/allergy advocacy groups

Awards: -DECA T20 int. finalist -3x DECA state finalist -likely some sort of national merit -i honestly am lacking in this category haha
