Prominence II Hasturian era Server optimization

i just made a server for the modpack for just me and one friend, and we where playing for a bit with no problem, but either if we explore too much, move too fast (doesnt happen that much) or every hour or two the server just shuts down, i didnt change anything on the config i just made the world like 100k blocks because it was like 2mill or so

im hosting on hostinger with the game panel 2
2 vCPU Core, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe Disk Space
is it too small for this server or can i do something to fix it?
