Explorer Sport lack of power

Hi. I have a 2016 Explorer Sport with the 3.5L twin turbo. I love this car so much it’s perfect for me and it’s been a great vehicle but it’s starting to have an issue. When flooring it, the engine seems to provide half the power instead of it slamming you back into the seats like it used to. Or it’ll be delayed, you punch it and instead of the power being delivered instantly it’s a little delayed. When taking off at a light I put my foot down a bit and there’s not much response from the engine. Now the interesting thing is it doesn’t do this 247, only a few times a day and I drive a lot for work. Most of the time it provides full power when I gun it to pass someone or something but there are times where it’s just not providing full power, even when lightly accelerating, and there’s times you lightly push on the gas and it feels like it just falls on its face if you get what I mean. When I first got the car it was a bullet, and now something seems very wrong. It’s already received new spark plugs and coil packs and I believe the air filter was replaced as well. Anyone that knows these 3.5L twin turbos let me know why you think. Thanks.
