How do I fix my framerate on my ROG ALLY?

I’ve only had this for a week and I’ve tried everything but still can’t get a steady framerate on games such as Zenless Zone Zero or Wuthering Waves. I’ve checked my drivers and armorycrate to see if everything’s been updated and it has. I’ve even tried playing with AMD Adrenaline and checking if that’s also up to date (it is) and I’ve been trying everything with RSR, RIS, Fluid-motion frames, and still don’t get a steady FPS, even with tinkering with the in-game settings I still don’t get a decent enough framerate
