Table suggestion for university

Hello everyone. I am currently planning to buy table with palm rejection support for taking lecture notes and do assignments. It has finally ticked me that using exercise book to write my exercises and books is too inefficient in this pdf file and digital era. My current dilemma is whether I should buy WiFi only version or 5G+WiFi version(4G is okay too since I'm not gonna put my main number in the tablet anyway).

Now let me state the pros and cons that I found for both tablet Version
5G+WiFi version
Pros
-I can separate my main number(for personal matters and close friends) and my more business focused number(for group projects/assignment and lecture groups)
-I don't have to turn on hotspot on my phone for my tablet to connect to the internet which can save battery life for my phone

(phone connecting to 5G+hotspot is causing my phone to heat up a lot

for context: my house does not have WiFi, so we rely on our Telco for internet, however my uni does provide free wifi although its quite unstable and unpredictable)

Cons
-Pricier than WiFi only version
-I have a friend who uses tablet with 5G+WiFi version. They said that most of the time, they are not using the tablet other than writing lecture notes and other business stuff which is kinda waste of resource considering the chip of their tablet is powerful.

WiFi only version
Pros
-Cheaper than 5G+WiFi version
-If I am not using them often, it's not waste of money

Cons
-I have to turn on hotspot for my phone to connect the table to the internet which can reduce my phones battery life
-If I have no WiFi nearby or no hotspot turned on, it's practically unusable if I have to do work while searching for information on the internet

Can you guys share your experience or opinion on the choice? I already have some tablet brand in mind its just that im in dilemma between these two.
