Wedding website

I'm trying to block info on my wedding from people who don't rsvp. I need a specific head count and can't have people show up who didn't answer or rsvp'd no and changed their minds day of. Is there a website builder that will allow me to require a response before they get the address of the venue? Or is this idea something that would require knowledge of coding?
