How to go about molecular biology as a highschooler?

Hello, I am a highschool student in pakistan and I am really interested in biotech and molecular biology. Could someone please explain the career paths in both of these fileds. Also, how do I get started with research in this field or anything which introduces me to this field whilst being a bit rigorous. Since I am from Pakistan, I would prefer international stuff to be online.
