Couple of questions for my experiment, currently on my 6th season

I've started a RTG/Experiment in Panama. I chose Veraguas United (Pretty cool). I've been trying to upgrade my academy and training facilities, but the amount of money won is very low (League 150k; Cup: 50k). And with the Concacaf's both Championships I get 3M. The bad feeling is when I win the Club World Cup and the Intercontinental Cup, I win 15M on each, but only get 5M. I've gone hardcore for this, expecting an increase in the prizes won in the national league and change of opinion from the board to give more money.

My current goal is: Developing the best players so the league's teams get better from inside trading. And hopefully the league gets better and with that also the national team.

The bad part I've seen is:

1. I can't see where the league rep is positioned based on the stars. Any way to know?
2. Does the team in my league get money/get better on themselves? (Even though they don't win the league and national cup)
3. **Don't know if my players are in the national team (**Will be updating on this when I get the chance of having better players, but as for now, I have a better GK than the one in the national team so...).
4. Currently I've only received offers from inside the league but not from other teams (Will also update on this)
5. I have Academy and Training Facilities at lvl 14, so I've been getting some good players
6. Would like to ask for a little bit of accuracy and add the West/East Conference setting for the league, with the Apertura and Clausara, maybe not only for this league but for the rest of Central American Leagues (Maybe its a lot to ask)
