How do i reset my in game settings

My game looks terrible after messing with my settings like nvdia control panel and in game settings, its very grainy and statically looking. Its really bothering me and i dont want to factory reset my pc. If anyone knows how to reset siege graphic settings to default that would be really helpful as i have already set my nvdia control panel to default.
