How do feel about tag-outs on a scene you remain on?
I WILL ask my troupes about this when we practice or in private, but I also want to get more of a neutral perspective on how it can be perceived.
In the last few shows and rehearsals I've had, one of the trends I'm noticing is that I'll come in with a character, have a scene, and then my scene partner gets tagged out so another person plays with the character I established. And then comes in another one... and sometimes we don't respect the "Rule of 3" and it keeps heightening. This week I had 5-6 people being tagged out while I remained on stage.
Part of me thinks "Oh fun! My troupes are detecting the game I planted and something sparked an idea of how to play it!". Of course, the impostor syndrome comes and tells me "They're trying to rescue you, but they don't want to sweep edit you about it immediately".
