Is my body normal?

I've kinda concerned how my body registers and reacts to pleasure. So context I'm an (18m) and I'm confused on why my body isn't/hasn't reacted to pleasure. So I don't moan, feel pleasure, and happiness at a climax and afterwards. I've only moaned twice recently but I was doing anal and regular at the same time and I've done it before but only these two times have I maoned. It's not that I can't moan or am embarrassed to moan. Me and my 1st ex did roleplays and I moaned during those so I'm confused why my body doesn't react much to physical pleasure. Another thing is I've tried nipple play and doesn't feel like anything like I pinch and rub but it feels like nothing. I've done it more recently and they perk up but not really getting me off much less reaching a climax. Another thing is if I really pleasure myself like 5-10 mins after my body does "after effects" essentially it's what I think is my body getting rid of the exuse pleasure via moaning, shaking, and trembling. So I'm so confused whether this is normal or not for any if this? Advice on if I could fix this? Another thing to not is the reason I'm concerned is not only me feeling it's not normal. It's that I have a boyfriend and girlfreind and I'm worried that if and when we have sex I'm not gonna moan and they'll think they are doing something bad. I don't wanna sound bad and say oh it's just not pleasurable. So what's wrong with me? Is there something I can do to fix this? Again advice please.
