Drywall Peeling after primer

Painted some 123 primer to a wall that i did some drywall repairs to and skim coated and it seems to have reactivated the drywall and caused it to bubble and peel in some parts since its water based. What are some things i should do once it dries to salvage the repairs already done and not have to redo it from scratch.
