Newly prescribed - now what?

My doctor prescribed zepbound for me last week Monday. I was expecting an email or text or something, as he said he sent it to Lilly Direct. However when I look on MyChart, my list of medications shows that it is at my regular pharmacy.

Is that correct? Will it be filled through there? Or should I reach out to either my regular pharmacy or my doctors office and ask if it needs to be sent somewhere else?

I don’t know the normal turnaround times to expect to hear something about it. I seem to be having anxiety about looking stupid over this and asking too soon or something.

If it matters, it’s not going to be covered by insurance at all.

I don’t have much to lose, only about 30 pounds, but I have been stuck at this for years with no success so I’m a little self conscious that I’m going to be judged for using this because I’m only a little bit overweight, if that makes sense. I’m probably way overthinking it. Actually, I know I’m way overthinking it. Oh well.
