(F4A) The Nymph Next Door

(A/N: This is a My Babysitter's a Vampire RP request that I'll be explaining in a book summary format, hope you enjoy and please DM me if interested! Happy to chat.)

Lyra Vale has always felt like she didn’t quite belong—not at school, not in Whitechapel, not even in her own skin. Plants grow faster around her, animals seem to understand her and when she’s upset, the wind howls like it’s mourning something ancient. She chalks it up to being “weird,” while juggling high school, a pair of twelve-year-old genius siblings in college, and a best friend who’s suddenly way too charming for her peace of mind. But when a babysitting gig spirals into a vampire-infested nightmare, Lyra is pulled into a world of magic, monsters, and secrets buried deep beneath the town’s surface—and her own. As supernatural threats close in, Lyra must uncover the truth about herself, protect the people she loves, and figure out why the world seems to be watching her like it’s waiting for something to bloom.
