Am I getting F-off pricing for electrical work?

I’ve used Stansbury in the past but I think I’m getting f-off pricing. Well, at least partially. I’m in the processes of remodeling my basement. Stansbury came out for an estimate of the ‘office’ work, part of a piecemeal project. I asked for 2 quotes: 1) to add 2 outlets and move two other ones (a distance of 4 ft - to make room for a door). All in $990. That seems really steep to me for something I could unlicensed in a couple of hrs. Am I off base or is this high?

2. moving the electrical panel 3ft - $2400. That wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.
