Malwarebytes riskware?

Malwarebytes keeps blocking access to sites like thepiratebay0[.]org and others. The alert says the file responsible is:
Programs/Kodi/kodi.exe

I'm wondering if this is a false positive due to Kodi or if there's something shady going on. Should I add this to my exclusions list, or is it better to let Malwarebytes continue blocking it?
