How does one use Kade

I have never used KDE before, but switching from Ubuntu to nobara I decided to go with KD E this time I have no idea how this thing works. I have messed around a little bit with it, but I can’t seem to get themes to install and when I try to mess at the task bar, it snaps back to its original place.
