Pros and Cons in renting @ Portico Travertine vs. Maven

Hello. Anybody currently renting at Portico or Maven? Do you have any feedback or experiences baka you can share? Like ok ba ang security and policies?

Parang after all the searching sa DMCI property, decided mag check ng ibang developers and so far these are reasonably price naman for the rates.

Thank you!
