Heavy amount of spit up

My baby is almost 3 weeks old and she’s started spitting up HEAVILY after feedings. She’s on Enfamil neuropro gentlease with Dr browns bottles. I give her 2 oz at a time but she doesn’t always finish. Sometimes she only does an ounce. I thought switching to the premie nipples would alleviate the issue but it doesn’t seem to make a significant difference - maybe it even made it worse? I’m not sure. She doesn’t look uncomfortable or cry doing so, but the spit up is extremely heavy so it’s a nuisance to do so much laundry and cleaning. And I always have to change her clothes and clean her hair because she gets so wet. Then she cries and screams. She gulps so fast when she does feed and she’s quite difficult to burp, it takes a while for her but we do at least once during the feed.
