AC Tune-up worth it?

Wanting to get an AC and Furnace tune-up (first time homeowner, house built ‘17, want to get done annually). What exactly “should”be done during these visits- assuming they would be 2 separate services. Also looking for recommendations in the Cincinnati, Ohio area for good HVAC companies that I could use.

Do most tune up’s include cleaning of the outdoor unit, mine is somewhat dirty.
