Help building new - PC 5090 in mind

Hey guys hope you can help me! First I apologize if my English is not that good hopefully I can make myself clear.

I have never build or own a gaming pc so this would be my first one, I’ve been saving for it and I want to go big so I have a 5090 in mind I know there’s multiple brands so if you can help me with that as well I would apreciatte it!

• New build or upgrade? - new build
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? I will use a 42in Samsung S90D
• PC purpose? Gaming, editing, streaming
• Purchase country? Mexico, I don’t necessarily need stores to buy I can search what you recommend on my own but I do need to know exactly what I’m goin to buy, names and specifications.
• Monitors needed? I already have one
• Budget range? 5k to 6k USD
• WiFi or wired connection? - WiFi if possible
• Size/noise constraints? - medium or big case, I would love a nice case I like those that have woodlike finishes, and if it can be the quietest that would be amazing
• Color/lighting preferences? - I don’t like too much RGB but if it does have it can it be not so obnoxious please
• Any other specific needs? - no thanks
