Switch Game Demo Worked Fine but Full Version Has No Audio. All Other Games and System Work Fine. Troubleshooting Has Not Helped.

I tried the demo for Natsu Mon 20th Century Summer Kid and everything worked fine. Bought and downloaded the full game and suddenly there is no sound. No music/voice or ambient.

The sound on all my other games and the system work fine. I did all the troubleshooting tips, restarting system, redownloaded game, etc but still no sound. Redownloaded demo and it has sound.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips? I have never had this happen before on any console or game. Super bizarre.
