Has anyone had an issue where your Minecraft Launcher won't open due to some issue with the Xbox app?

Recently, the Minecraft Launcher won't open, but I managed to fix it by opening the Xbox app, and it says "Try the update again," and I click try again. However, I had to do this at least once daily to open the Minecraft Launcher. Is there any long-term fix to prevent this from happening again?
