Fan troubles with GameSir X3 Pro

I’ve been using a gamesir x3 pro for a few months now, but for the last like… 3-4 months I haven’t used it frequently, but when I came back the fan wasn’t working how it did before. I’ve been using the cord it came with, and the fast charging Apple brick, and that worked perfectly fine before. But now it doesn’t ..? I dunno im just confused and im wondering if it’s because I updated / upgraded the firmware..? I don’t have warranty, it was a gift to me so I can’t exactly send one back… any help..?
