I (18m) need help with this girl (18f)

Tomorrow I’m going into the city with a girl for the first time, we have been extremely good friends for a while but I like her and we’ve been a lot closer as of recent and it’s definitely a possibility we end up in a relationship. I want to make the move and ask her to be in a relationship but idk how to bring it up. We’re going for food, shopping and maybe doing mini golf. What would you guys do when asking? What would you guys do when taking a girl out?
