Just need some insight

So I don’t have a video of it or anything, I’ll get one soon I just wanted to ask now but my truck, an 08 dodge 1500 5.7 hemi has 204k on it and so far it’s never had any major thing besides a valve cover gasket leak but when I warm it up in the morning and start to drive even after it’s been driven for a bit, it almost sounds like the more gas I give it there’s like a revolving sound like you can hear a loud rotation like the transmission is just loud and I don’t really know if it’s just needs to warm up or what but then even after it warms up and I drive it after I turn it off and then back on it does the same sound and I don’t know if it’s where it’s getting some miles on it or something that maybe need some looking at. I’m not sure I don’t want to take anything apart to look at if I don’t need to, I just wanted to know if anyone had something similar happen or other problems at around 200k.
