Moving with two under 3

My husband got a great job offer in Washington state which means we’ll be relocating away from our families to a new state and community.

We’ve had a lot of support from our families and I’m feeling really worried about supporting my two kids (3 and 9m) through the transition, finding childcare, and a new community of support/routine. I’m also worried that we’re messing up our kids lives by moving away from so many people that love and care about them.

I think the move will be good for us overall but not sure how long that will take to believe it. We’ve moved in the past and so we are good at usually prioritizing building community and getting connected through church, activities, etc. but this feels different with two little ones.

Any advice, words of wisdom or guidance?
