"Throttle" Warning in Betaflight, sticks are down

Hey yall, total noob and bought my first tinywhoop setup to practice fpv, have been going through just about every problem setting this thing up possible.

The latest is I got it to originally arm and start to fly before getting a "runaway" error in OSD (any advice on that is greatly appreciated as well), but after reinstalling my props and reflashing firmware I get a constant "throttle" warning preventing me from arming. Shows up in Betaflight and OSD in goggles.

I've already tried recalibrating my gimbals (including Joshua Bardwell's method of using light force when moving the sticks) also my endpoints in BF are set to 1000 and 2000 and gimbs read 989 and 2007.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated, again total noob sorry if something similar to this has been posted before.
